  • If you need access to EdConnect for course information and processing, please contact us.
  • Most CE courses do not come with pre-developed teaching materials. You are welcome to create your own content, as long as it aligns with the course objectives.Texas REALTORS® also offers a branded PowerPoint slide deck that you may use. It’s not required, and you’re free to customize it with any information relevant to the course you’re teaching.
  • Provide your evaluation results for classes taught.

RFP for GRI: Technology

Texas REALTORS® is currently accepting proposals to update our GRI Technology course content. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, see the official Request for Proposal (RFP) document, which includes all relevant details, including project scope, timeline, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria, as well as the JotForm link for submission. The RFP submission deadline is October 24, 2025, and all related due dates are listed in the RFP.

Instructor Legal FAQ

There are legal FAQs only for Texas REALTORS® instructors to assist with classroom questions. You can submit questions, see questions from other instructors, and read responses from Texas REALTORS® attorneys. Questions and answers will be added to the portal as they come in.

Instructor Profile

  • Instructor names, phone numbers, email addresses, professional photos, and bios are made publicly available to education contacts, such as association staff and other instructors.
  • To update publicly available instructor information, submit a request form.

  • You can search by instructor, classes, or location.
  • All information on this page regarding instructor reviews are for evaluation purposes only and are not to be shared publicly.

Teaching at Associations

  • Please schedule directly with the association.
  • Compensation determined by instructor and association.
  • The associations will submit course information to Texas REALTORS® for processing.
  • We offer a broadcast calendar for instructors to schedule classes, and we will promote them to local associations. Classes are scheduled quarterly on a first-come, first-served basis, and instructors are limited to scheduling up to 10 classes per quarter. Please submit your request to have a course added to the broadcast calendar here

Teaching Outside of Associations

  • You set your own charges to attendees as you see fit.
  • Instructor will be responsible for paying the per-person charges at the time the class is submitted for CE processing. Texas REALTORS® will generate an invoice in EdConnect payable at that time to complete submission of the class.
  • Please note: Classes taught at a brokerage cannot invite agents from another brokerage to attend.
  • To obtain the list of per-person charges for CE classes, please refer to the Courses Report available in the Instructor Portal of EdConnect.
