David Jones has been named Texas REALTORS® Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer.

Formerly Deputy General Counsel and Director of Professional Standards, Jones has been with the association since 2016. He also currently represents Texas REALTORS® on the national level on NAR’s Professional Standards Committee and its Interpretations and Procedures Advisory Board. A graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, Jones has been involved in real estate for his whole career, beginning with his family’s property management company.

Jones says his new role is all about ensuring that everybody has what they need to do their job. He looks forward to making sure “the staff has all the resources necessary to serve our members and that our members have the resources, in turn, to be able to serve their clients and their communities.”
